Tarek has been a part of Pegasus Real Estate since just over a year. Bringing aboard his professional real estate experience from Dubai, he is intensely involved with the day-to-day operations of the organization. Coming from a broad business development perspective, Tarek plays a key role in the overall performance of the company. His expertise are spread around various areas including, setting up property marketing and positioning plans, advice and execution of projects handovers, title deed registration, return on investment programs, etc..

Holder of a Bachelor of Science degree from the American University in Cairo and MBA from the Netherlands, his experience of over 18 years spreads to sales, marketing, business development and general management in Egypt, Qatar, UAE and Bahrain in various business sectors.

Samira has been a part of the Pegasus team since commencement. Her sincere hard-work and devotion has brought her to a senior and respectable position in the company having started her career as a junior property consultant. Directly responsible towards meeting sales targets, Samira believes in collective participating of efforts in meeting goals.

Having been with the Group for the last 8 years she illustrates great dedication and commitment towards achieving results. Beginning her career in Morocco, migrating to Dubai and now having settled in Bahrain her vast experience in the insurance, banking, human resources and hotel management sectors positions her well in offering the best advisory services towards client’s requirements.

Joining in as a property sales executive Arun has climbed the ranks at Pegasus in a short span of just 4 years. With over 8 years of experience in the real-estate field initially in India and then in Dubai, Arun’s extensive knowledge in property promotion and sales has helped him consistently achieve targets year after year. With a drive to develop business relationships, generate profits and create winning business strategies, Arun’s portfolio includes property advisory and promotion, business development and Customer Relationship Management.

Durgesh has been part of Pegasus Real Estate Management Team as a Financial Controller since its commencement in 2005. Sucessfully handling all financial related matters including project mortgage advisory, legal concerns and strategic bank tie-ups, Durgesh has gained a respectful position among his patrons and clients.

A Professional Fellow Chartered Accountant Qualified in 1998 from ICAI-New Delhi and he completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Rajasthan University in 1994, he carries a wealth of experience of 15 Years in Finance, Auditing and Real Estate in Bahrain, UAE,USA,UK and India.
